On July 13, 2023 HLADE announced a new, updated flyer for the American Red Cross’ national “Sound the Alarm” to Program to give out and install Free Smoke Alarms in homes. Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing People are eligible to receive a alarm that is visual and vibrotactile so they can see and feel the alarm.
